Light Roast: Ethiopian Harrar

$17.99

Introducing our light roast, the 'Ethiopian Harrar'. These beans are grown in the high plateaus and rugged mountains of Ethiopia within the region of Harrar where they are naturally processed (sun dried) at an elevation of 1500-2100 meters above sea level with a moderately wet and dry climate. This region produces a distinctive chocolaty light acidic coffee often coming up with a masked blueberry and blackberry hints.

Some characteristics you'll experience are a balance between the berry tastes and the earthy aroma while simultaneously encountering the citrus blended with a cleaner taste of low-acid coffee.

Aroma: fruit, light wood notes

Flavor: blackberry, currant

Body: medium, smooth
